This Chronology ordered using Strauss-Howe Generational Theory. These are their (American) Generational Brackets rather than the New Zealand ones I’m working on. As a rule, New Zealand tends to lag behind the UK and USA by 4 years or so once they fall into step as a cultural colony.
During the era of Exploration or Sealing/Whaling or the Missionary or Pioneeiring or Settling the New Zealand generations certainly will not match the USA. However, I’m putting them in just the same to set the context.
